How to access the File Manager:-

To access the File Manager click on the corresponding icon in the Files Section of your cPanel

Then You will be able to pick the directory for which to open file manager:

Creating a new folder:-

It is very useful of adding a structure to account.We can easily list the files in every folder.Most Site includes /image folder to keep all images separately.

Step1:-Click on New Folder Link

Step2:-Enter the name of the new folder and define the location where it will be created

Step3:-Click Create New FOler Button,This will appear in the chosen location

Uploading Files in File Manager:-

Start Uploading files through the file manager by clicking on upload icon

How to upload files in file manager

Step1:-Navigate to the folder where you want to upload your files

Step2:-Click on the upload icon

Step3:-Click on the browse button next to one of the top fields

Step4:-Search for and double-click on the first file to upload.

Step5:-Repeat the above steps for each file you want to upload

Creating a New File:-

To create a new files please follow the steps listed below:

Step1:Click on the new file link

Step2:-Enter the name of to be created with correct extension

Step3:Pick the destination where the file be saved and create new file buton. The file is created.

Extracting/Compressing File:-

You can extract archive files using the extract function.
